Felton Brookins, Born April 17, 1948 Jacksonville, Florida, to Mr. Louis and Annie B. Brookins He was a graduate of Eugene Butler. He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army. He also worked for the North Florida Shipyard.

Felton was preceded in death by his siblings: Rochester Brookins, Johnny W. Brookins, JohnLewis Brookins and Michael Brookins.

Left to cherish his memories are his children: Fredrick Brookins, Tyrone Brookins and Margaret B. Lewis; grandchildren, Tyrone H. Brookins and Rodriguez Brookins; siblings, Emogene B. Lewis, Lindsey Brookins, Annette B. Simpson, Larry Brookins and Fletcher Brookins; a host of great-grands, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Felton’s favorite song was “For All We Know” by, Donnie Hathaway and his favorite Bible scripture was: John 14:1-3.
