BANKS - Brenda J. Banks a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on May 12, 2020. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 12NOON at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue. Ms. Banks' remains will rest for visitation of family and friends from 11AM until the hour of service at the CHAPEL.
