Obituary For Josephine Rebecca Miller

Josephine Rebecca Miller, 77, of Louisville died Saturday at Baptist Health.

Josie was a loving daughter, sister and best mother ever. She leaves to cherish her memories her only child, Michele “Shelly” Patrice Miller of Hamilton, Ohio; mother, Stella Mae Miller; siblings Viola Griffin and Martha “Jane” (Bob) Braden; sister in law, Wanda Miller; niece Stephanie Miller; nephews Aaron Rudolph and Stephen “Shay” Miller; two great nieces and two great nephews Ayzha Rudolph, Jaylen Rudolph, Yabay Rudolph and Stephen Shay Miller, Jr; close family member Robert McMullan and a host of cousins and friends.

Funeral and burial are private. W.T. Shumake & Daughters in charge of arrangements.

Michele, the first time I helped your Mom out, she asked me if I would mind taking her to her Tuesday night Bible Study Class. This became a semi-often deal. The first time, however, Josie tried to offer me some money. Standing outside my vehicle, I told her there was no way I could charge her for bringing her to church.
