He was an outgoing man that could share conversation with anyone he met. He unique wit and wisdom made him a fun loving family man and friend to many. Jack was a Deacon at Elam Baptist church Quitman, Georgia. He was an active member of The Shriners and contributed to Shriners Cripple Children’s Hospital. He was a member of Masonic Blue Lodge 369, Thomasville, Georgia. He was widely known for being an automotive technician and agricultural professional. Jack leaves to cherish his memories; his loving wife Maggie Foy, Quitman, GA; his sons James Foy, Quitman GA and Samuel Foy, Atlanta, GA; his daughter Teressa Lal, Ontario Canada; brother Jimmy Foy, Quitman, GA; sisters Hazel Hood, Monticello FL and Carolyn Hawkins, Quitman, GA; one sister preceded him in death, Myrtle Butler; he also leaves behind three grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of relatives and dear friends.
