Obituary For Michael Proctor

Mr. Michael Anthony Proctor, Sr., 63, of Elizabethtown, KY died on May 14, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. Proctor was a native of Washington, DC and the son of Leo and Delores Proctor of Waynesboro, VA. He was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. He worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator. Mr. Proctor was a skilled landscaper, auto mechanic, enjoyed fishing, and entertaining, as well as, building and racing cars.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Valerie Proctor of Frederick, MD; sons Michael A. Proctor, Jr., of Charles County, MD, Keith Proctor of Charles County, MD, and Willie J. Robinson of Frederick, MD; one daughter, Keisha Robinson Graham (Damion) of Captiol Heights, MD; brothers, Leo Proctor, Jr. (Melanie) of Winchester, VA, Mitchell Proctor (Cynthia) of Charlestown, VA, Robert Proctor of Atlanta, Ga, Ernest Proctor (Donna) of Suitland MD, Benjamin Proctor (Vanessa) of Atlanta, GA, Steve Proctor of Waynesboro, VA and Jeff Proctor (Shelley) of Waldorf, MD; one sister, Carolyn Scott of Goochland, VA; special son, Warren Jefferson of Bryan's Road, MD; grandchildren, NaShay A. Proctor, DaeJuhn M. Robinson, Willie J. Robinson, Jr., Damion Graham, and Silas J. Robinson; one great grandchild, Kali Robinson; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
