I met Mrs. Terry and her husband when they moved to Warren County. I was a teenager working at my Father's Texaco Service Station. Our paths crossed again when I was a High School Counselor at Warren County High School. We would have lively discussions as I worked with her two children, Avera and Phillip. Our paths crossed again in recent years as members of Warren County Retired School Personnel. Even though she had to have assistance she came until her health prevented her. She always wore a bright smile in spite of that limitation. Rest in Peace, Mrs. Terry! Audrey Davis adavis116@nc.rr.com

To the Terry family, words can not express how I feel right now in the passing of Mother Terry. I no that God will give us all strength to go through this difficult time. Mother Terry was like a second Mother Cobb to me. She always was full of wisdom and always would pray with me on the phone with encouraging words. She was a teacher that was sent by God to help take care of his peoples. Surely, I can say that she will be miss by my family in Alabama. Sis. Pitts/Family-Alabama

Dearest Terry Family, we extend our deepest heartfelt condolences for the loss of Mother Terry. This week the world has grown little bit colder and darker as another warm, loving and kind light has gone out. However we are thankful she came this way and urge you to forever keep her alive in your hearts and memories, until we all meet again at that great gathering on the other side. Be strengthened and encouraged for, "weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning."
