Mrs. Doris McKinney McElveen, 78, Tampa, FL, formerly of Attalla, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020.

Doris leaves her memories to children, Melody Francis and Marvin McElveen; grandchildren, Gregory, Roneisha, Deontae and Marissa; six great-grandchildren; two devoted brothers, Pastor William (Emma) McKinney and Mr. George Frank (Helen) McKinney; brother-in-law, Walter Spidell; sister-in-law, Marilyn McKinney; special friend, Ms. Joann Wright; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.

Celebration of life services will be held at noon Saturday, May 23, 2020, at Attalla No. 1 A.O.H. Church of God. Minister Donald R. Morgan will officiate. Interment will follow at Ridgeville Cemetery, Ridgeville. Public visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. Friday at the West Gadsden Funeral Home Chapel.
