Sister Q Polly, your strength in spite of health challenges were an inspiration to me. You never gave up on yourself and always had absolute faith in God to the very end. Although we only spoke a few times by phone I could tell you were a woman that maintained great value and pride in all that she did. I wish I could have served during your generation as a member of the Order Of the Eastern Stars. Your generation laid the ground work for what our organization is today and as I mentioned to you previously, I intend to uphold those standards as the current Worthy Matron of Bethsaida Chapter. We thank you for your contributions to our Chapter and will never forget you. You will forever be a Bethsaida "Jewel" to us.

Aunt Polly, for as far back as I can remember, you was there. Being the best aunt a niece could ask for, you taught me how to be a young lady and went on to give me tools to use in life, and continued to be there for me as I experienced motherhood. There are endless memories that I have of joy, happiness, and above all love that you brought in my life; and even in the darkest moments you was still there. I know that there are many other lives you've touched; but of them all, I am truly thankful that God made you a part of mine! I love you, Aunt Polly.... Hope
