Obituary For Clarence "JuJu" Shaw

I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one. I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun; Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Clarence Damon Shaw, son of Ann Shaw and the late Williams Shaw, Jr., was born in Hawtree, North Carolina on August 31, 1961. Clarence was also known by family and friends and Ju-Ju. He was educated in the Warren County School Systems. He was employed at Ray Construction as a supervisor and at ST Wooten until his health failed.

Clarence was baptized at Locust Grove Church at an early age. In 1999 he married Janice Harrisonand to this union one daughter was born, Diamond Kiana Shaw. Through this union, he also acquired a stepdaughter whom he loved and raised as his own, Tiara Harrison and grandson, Jusiah. He loved his sports, the Dallas Cowboys, and Wolfpack.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by three brothers, William Jr., Kenneth, and Lonnie; and two sisters, Edith, and Mertis.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Janice Shaw; his children, Diamond Shaw, and Tiara Harrison; his grandson, Jusiah; his mother, Ann Shaw of the home; two sisters, Barbara Shaw-Johnson and Clara Bullock; four brothers, Charles Shaw, Floyd Shaw, Dentis Shaw, and David Shaw (Patricia); his mother-in-law, Gloria Harrison; two uncles, Andrew Hunt, and Johnny Roberts; a close family friend, Wedell (Beebs) Alston; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

My deepest condolences goes out to the family of " JU JU ". Please keep the memories of him alive this will help to ease your pain of sorrow. JU JU is not suffering but is asleep in death waiting to hear Jesus voice ( John 5: 28 & 29) I hope and pray that you get some comfort from knowing that " here will be a resurrection" ( Acts 24:15 ).
