Obituary For Bernice Patterson Roberson

Mrs. Bernice Patterson Roberson, 83, Price Street, Louisville, GA departed this life May 21, 2020. Graveside services will be held Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Pine Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with mask and social distancing. Viewing will be held Saturday, May 23, 2020 from 3:00 – 6:00 P.M. at Davis Funeral Home. Mrs. Roberson was a native of Jefferson County born to the parentage of the late Eugene “Bud Fox” Patterson and Ada Mae Brown Patterson. She joined the Pine Hill Baptist Church an early age where she served faithfully until her health failed. She was employed at Stapleton Garment for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Earnestine Stone Willingham, a grandchild, Leteshia T. Nelson, siblings, Ada Mae Hill, Jackie Farmer, Eugene Fleming Jr., Rufus Fleming and Pete Patterson. Survivors include her loving husband of fifty years, John Henry “Butch” Roberson; her children, Marie Lowe, West Palm Beach FL; Carolyn (Willie) Jackson, Wrens, GA; Bernestine (Quincy) Lodge, Wadley, GA; Isaiah (Amy) Stone, Midland, Michigan; Andrew (Sharissal) Stone, West Palm Beach, FL; Johnnie Mae Roberson, Louisville GA; Christopher H. Roberson, Decatur, GA; twenty-one grandchildren, one uncle, Lonnie Brown, a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Davis Funeral Home, 725 Beech Street, Louisville, GA is in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Bernice Patterson Roberson.
