He is survived by his mother, Cassandra Nelson; step-father, Roy Nelson; one son, Terrell Shaquandre Dixon, one daughter, Tarajinae Dixon; two sisters, Erica Dixon, New Bern and Machika Dixon Carr, Alabama;maternal grandmother, Shirley Dixon Armstrong, New Bern.
