Ms. Annie Ree Archie, 69,of 1322 Concord St. Shelby, NC passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020 at Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby.

She preceded in death by her parents, her brothers George Archie and Luther Theodore Archie.

She was a faithful and devoted member of New Ellis Chapel Baptist Church, Shelby, North Carolina where she served as the Sunday School Secretary for over 50 years.

She graduated from Cleveland Technical Institute August 1974 with her diploma to practice Nursing. She served as a LPN nurse for 41 years at Atrium Health care, formally Cleveland Memorial Hospital.

She enjoyed attending church, reading, walking and doing crossword puzzles in her spare time.

She leaves to cherish fond memories, three sisters, Geraldine Feaster, of Kingstown, North Carolina, Evelyn Archie and Doris Archie; one brother, William Boulware, and a sister-in-law Audrey Archie, all of Shelby, North Carolina; nephews, nieces and many other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Ms. Archie will be private. A reception of friends and viewing will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Burial will take place at Sunset Cemetery.
