Rev. Christopher Arvie, Pastor of St. Mark Baptist Church in New Orleans, LA, will be officiating the funeral services.
Cherishing Mrs. Harmon’s memories are: her husband, Avery Joseph Harmon, Jr. of Crowley, LA; three sons, Kenneth Wayne Harmon, Sr. (Myra) of Welch, LA, Steven Wayne Harmon, Sr. (Jackie) of Rayne, LA and Cecil Wayne Harmon, Sr. of Milton, LA; six daughters, Judy Harmon, Mary Richard (Terry), Lois Martin and Peggy Harmon (Dwayne), all of Crowley, LA, Ramona Harmon of Lafayette, LA and Amy Batiste of Rayne, LA; one brother, Tony Ned, Sr. of Houston, TX; one sister, Audry Mae Ned Vernell of Houston, TX; 26 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, Clifton and Elizabeth Ned, Sr.; one daughter, Paula Harmon; four brothers, Adley, Jeffery, Clifton, Jr. and Carlton Ned; two sisters, Rose Anna Ned and Marjorie Ned Knighton; and three grandchildren, Kenneth Wayne Harmon, Jr., Bria Marley Martin and Queyaishious Harmon.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. at Northside Assembly of God.
