I remember Ms Gettie coming up to help us move to out new apt, and it was by no means clean but she still got on her knees and helped put together our bed! I was in awe it's no way I thought she would be so helpful thank God for you Ma'am .

Mommy was a strong black beautiful woman who was great at running track,roller skating, handball, hair styles " braids and things" she was an exceptional artist she could look at things and bring them to life a skill not many people have. She was a excellent cook and an wonderful mother and grand mother. She always gave her all to whom ever needed her at that moment even if the love wasn't in return. She graduated high school and became a correctional office she was dedicated to her job and made it through safely and retired. She was a beautiful soul that was taken for granted and left before her time, although I feel I was robbed of precious time with her I am great full for all of the beautiful memories I have of her raising me. I am so great full god created you to create me. Always your baby Latawana Tenille Brown p/s I know you are with your farther and he is giving you all the love you felt didn't exist, I love you mommy and I'll be wishing on a star for you until I'm with you again.

My mom is the greatest mom, she was always their for me no matter the situation. She loved me when I needed to be loved and taught me when I needed to be taught she never held any punches she always stayed real. Mom there will never be the type of love you have given me I wish I had more time with you to repay all you have done for me.I love you beyond measures. Until we meet again protect me and shine over me, I will make sure no one ever forgets your name. Love always Tenille
