Florine Teresa Carter, 91 of Collierville, Tennessee died on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at Kirby Pines Nursing Home in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Wednesday, October 10, 1928 in Columbus, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Clinton Parker and the late Josephine Alexander Parker. Surviving are sons, Ernest Lorenza Carter, Jr., of Silver Spring, MD and Clinton Andrew Carter Fairburn, GA, daughter, Ellen Phyllis Carter of Collierville, TN, sister, Sandra Parker Harrison; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery located at 5668 Poplar Ave. Memphis, Tennessee 38119. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Memphis, TN.Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we will be practicing social distancing and ask that all in attendance please wear your mask.
