Obituary For Mr. Jack Harold Stephens

Jack Harold Stephens was born on March 11, 1935 in Jasper, Tennessee to Albert and Lucille Stephens. As a young man, Jack graduated from Austin High School. After high school, Jack enlisted in the military. He served three years in the army and seventeen years in the Air Force as a top airplane mechanic. While serving in the military he enjoyed deployment in several countries. After retirement he enjoyed teaching JROTC at his Alma Mater. He later joined the railroad as a detective. His hobby included building and flying airplanes. In June 2008 he was baptized as a Jehovah Witness. He shared with many as he could his Faith in Jehovah God and Son Jesus Christ. On May 16, 2020, Jack passed away peacefully at home. He was preceded in death by his father and mother and two brothers: George Willis and David Stephens. A memorial service will be Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, Waynesboro, Georgia. He leaves to cherish his loving wife, Jacqueline Stephens, Sons: Charles (Robin) Stephens, Knoxville, TN Jaunte (Debra) Lord, McDonough, GA, Daughter: Jeneca (Lucius) Lord-Robinson, Grovetown, GA Grandkids: Zachary Rogers, Kenyatta Stephens, Alandrea Stephens, Janeeva Stephens, Charles Stephens Jr, Ajhanai Stephens, Sh’Vaunte, Jaunte Jr and Jaila Lord, Dynazsa, Destini and Shania Robinson, Laila Leverett, Jamari Wrease and Bryson Lord. 6 great grand kids. A dear cousin, Curtis Hurston. A host of relatives and sorrowing friends.

I love you papa jack! You will always be in my heart forever!! I member when I was in the 6th grade I had to come over every single day sometimes you weren't home so I just take a lot of change & walk to the store & buy myself some snacks lol I think u knew I was doing that cause it was always some change laying around somewhere haha oops lol & I member when you had your shot gun behind the computer room where your shoes used to be & I about picked it up but I think jr snitched on me & I got in trouble lol you definitely moved that thing right away lol funny funny but yeah I'm happy your not hurting any longer that your pain is gone an that's all that matters I know daddy is sad about you being gone we all are, you were the only one left in the family (besides my grandma Jackie we love you for marrying her) but he's happy your not suffering anymore, you lived a good life that's all that matters papa jack until we all meet again I want you to rest easy my guy! Love you lots , glad you could meet my babies kisses from me & the kids as well
