Mr. Jerry Lee McIntosh was called home on May 23, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center. He lived in Brooks County, Georgia all his life. He received his education in the Brooks County School system where he graduated. He was born on September 18, 1961 to the late George McIntosh II and Mary Lee Sheppard McIntosh.

Mr. Jerry Lee McIntosh was preceded in death by his father, George McIntosh II; mother, Mary Lee Sheppard McIntosh; and his brother, Ronnie Lewis McIntosh. He leaves to cherish his memories, Ida Pizzaro; two sons, Telin (Natisha) Pizzaro, Justin Pizzaro; sisters, Louise Hernandez (Vick), Marie (Robert) Demps, Susette (Timothy) Silas; brothers, Michael (Jennifer) McIntosh, George (Andrea) McIntosh; 14 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
