A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Harper will be held Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 11:00AM; Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel, 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. SW, Atlanta, GA 30310.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 4PM-8PM.
