He was born in Harrisburg, son of Chiquita Reeves and Tyrone Gibson, an 8th grade student at Rowland School Academy, where he participated in an after school program for writing poetry.
He also attended football & basketball camps, enjoyed listening to music and taking pictures and a member of Christ Luthern Church.
In addition to his parents, Pop-Pop also leaves to celebrate his life, his siblings, TyYae, TyLisa, TyNear, DreQuan, Andre, Shyree, Shylia, Shawn and Jalil; his maternal grandparents, Conchita Reeves and Sean Evans; maternal great-grandmother, Valerie Evans; paternal grandmother, Lisa Gibson and a host of other family members, friends and school teachers. Pop-Pop's life will be celebrated beginning with a public viewing on Thursday, June 4 in the Bandshell in Reservoir Park, Harrisburg from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. Covid 19 guidelines will be observed with masks and six foot distancing for all attendees.
Private Family viewing 12 Noon until 1:00 p.m. followed by Funeral Services at 1:00 p.m. and burial in Paxtang Cemetery.
