Mr. Theodore "Joe" Thompson was born November 22, 1942 to Theodore and Lilly Mae Thompson.

He was employed with Taylor Machine for 20 years where he retired. He worked a number of years for the Attala County Sheriff Department and being self-employed. He later went to drive for Shelton Trucking.

He was a deacon at Pleasant Hill MB Church. He loved being outside and he was loved by many people.

Joe was preceded in death by his wife Ira Jean Thompson and son, Terry Tyrone Thompson.

He leaves to cherish his memory: A loving wife, Styvekka Thompson; his loving children: Stennis (Margie) Thompson, Wanda Brooks, Joe Christopher (Latoya) Thompson, Michael (Cammie) Thompson, Ferrero Cain-Thompson, Diamond Cain-Thompson all of Kosciusko, MS. Two brothers: Leo (Lilly) Thompson and McKinley Thompson both of Kosciusko, MS; two sisters: Stella (Arthur Lee) Truss and Ora Pearl Truss both of Kosciusko, MS; 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

INTERMENT: Pleasant Hill MB Church, Kosciusko, MS
