On December 17, 2019, KING HEZEKIAH ADONIS HICKS, was born at St. Mary’s Hospital, Richmond, VA. On this day he started his journey of life with his parents, Michelle Elizabeth Seward and Wayne Hicks, Jr.
Hezekiah, aka “Big Sexy” as his Dad would call him, could brighten anyone’s day with his awesome smile and gorgeous eyes. He was a bundle of joy and touched many lives in his short lived journey. “Big Sexy” adored his parents and loved giving them the best kisses, the best hugs, and the best smiles. He loved playing with his toys, singing, cooking, eating mashed potatoes, bananas, well anything his parents would let him take off their plate. He most importantly loved grabbing his brother’s Kojo’s jaws and accepting a few warm kisses.
On June 7, 2020, Hezekiah announced his wings were ready to fly even though our hearts weren’t. Even though Hezekiah did not get to speak a full sentence, he did get to say the most joyous word that could ever be heard- “Da Da”.
