Stephen was born November 12, 1960. He was a lifelong resident of Mt. Vernon AL. He departed this life on December 13, 2019. He is preceded in death by his mother, Evangelist Sadie Alonzo.

Stephen leaves to cherish his precious memories; sister, Carolyn Collins of New York, NY; three brothers, Harold(Angela) Austin of Citronelle, AL, Sedra Austin of Mobile AL, and Bishop John(Johnetta) Golden, Jr. of Biloxi, MS; two uncles, Mr. James(Dannie Mae) Austin and Mr. Robert Sterling of Mt. Vernon AL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
