It is with a heavy and sorrowful heart that the staff and management of Harrington Funeral Home Inc. announce the sudden passing of the late:

Mrs. Marie Thomas of Jacksonville, Florida, formally of Valdosta Georgia.

God granted “Sweet Marie” 91 years, 11 months, and 24 days of sunshine and He (God) decided to call her from labor to reward on Monday, June 22, 2020.

Funeral Services will be Sunday, July 5, 2020 at 11:00 AM with graveside services from the Southview Cemetery - Reverend Bernard L. Robinson Sr. will officiate.

Assist the Thomas Family in dealing with such a lost by expressing words of condolences in the guestbook.

Thank you all so very much!!! Mama's Homegoing Celebration was Perfect, Sweet, Special, and Fitting!!! God Saw fit that the "Holy Spirit" himself showed up, and brought nothing but Love, Joy, and Peace with him!!! Shanika, and Nikki, I couldnt ask, or have been blessed with a more "Faithful Crew"!!! Mrs. Marie was always smiling and had the warmest presence each and everything time I saw her. I thank her for my dear friend Josh. I send my condolences to the family and look forward to gods promise in Rev 21: 4 when death will be no more and we will be with our loved ones forever.

Cousin Marie , was a strong , Godfearing Wommen who loved her family, she would call or visit when ill, will be missed my family and friends, glad you were in my life Cousin Diana.

Hey grandma I was letting you know i miss you so much and since I found out about your passing I wanted it to be a dream but my significant other Mary Taylor who has been my strong shoulder every since your passing has giving me strength and reminded me that you in a better place and weather you were suffering or not grandma you are in a better place with love
