Charles Bell was born on June 30, 1952 to the late Sam Bell and Hattie Mae Dekle in Jacksonville, FL. He attended Jacksonville High School . He worked for the sanitation department for 25 years in Fort Pierce, FL. He was preceded in death by his brother, John; sisters, Annie Lee, Minnie, Eva Mae, Dorothy.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 20 years JoAnne Bell; sons, Charlie Bell, Jr., Kewan(Kristen)Banks, Elton, Terry(Shante)Banks; grandsons, Terrance Bell, Elton Jr., Romas, Elijah, Zay, Ireya; two great-grand children; brothers, Willie(Laverne)Bell, Henry Bell(Fiance Antonnette), and Bert(Betty)Bell; sisters, Josephine(Zerion)Simpson, Odessa(Bobby)Johnson and Berdette(Perman)West; mother-in-law, Nobie Lee Banks of Memphis, TN; sisters-in-law, Stella(Rosie) of Memphis, TN, Zenobia Banks(Benjamin Miller); brothers-in-law, Jerome(Willie Ann)Jones of Fort Pierce, FL, Joe(Lois)Banks of Montgomery, AL, Jerry(Teresia)Banks, Ricky(Brenda)Banks, Cedrick(Karen)Banks of Memphis, TN; special friend, Arthur Sheffield, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Public visitation for Charlie Bell will take place on Friday, June 26, 2020 by way of our drive-thru in the rear of Stone Brothers Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL between the hours of 5:00pm and 7:00pm. A Home Going Celebration will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 11:00am at Stone Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Pierce, FL. Burial will immediately follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Fort Pierce, FL.
