Obituary For Mrs. Linda Kinsler

Mrs. Linda Cornelia Little Kinsler, 84, passed Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Piedmont Christian Home. She was born July 13, 1935 to the late Nancy “Ma” Pemberton and Spurgeon “Buck” Little in Mount Gilead, NC. Linda was preceded in death by her husband, William Roosevelt Kinsler; sons, Glenn Little, Gerard and Andre Kinsler; brothers, Spurgeon II “Sonny”, Curtis “Curt”, Arthur “Ark” and James Bloise Little.

Linda accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the choir at Calvary Baptist Church, High Point, NC. She was educated in the Richmond County Schools. She retired as a bus monitor from the Guilford County Schools. She was united in Holy Matrimony with William Roosevelt Kinsler in the early sixties in High Point, NC. Linda enjoyed going to yard sales, thrift shops and she loved dogs. Linda was a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. She cherished her friends. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Beverly Little (Ted); sisters, Rebecca Kirby, Betty Little, Jo Anne Turner (Roger); sister-in-law, Ida Little; grandchildren, Ronaldo, David, Dewan and Devon; great grandchildren, Jayeir, Emmanuel and Geneva; and extended family, Carolyn Wilson; nieces, nephews, a god daughter, Rhonda Walker; and a host of other family and friends.

A private funeral will be held Monday, July 6, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Church, 808 Hilltop Street. Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens. Mrs. Kinsler may be viewed Sunday, July 5, 2020 at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

I am truly going to miss Miki(Linda) as I (Crystal Albea Henderson)would call her. She encouraged me and my husband(Lee)in many ways. God truly put a bud a flower on this early when he mold Linda. RIP MY Miki. Lee and Crystal will always keep you in our hearts. Thank You God for the time we had together.
