Obituary For Maggie L Emanuel

Maggie Lee Emanuel,59, of Bunnell, FL was born to James and Hazel Emanuel on July 28, 1960 in St. Augustine, FL. At the age of 16, Maggie gave her life to Christ under the anointing of Apostle Dr. M. L. Thomas, Unity of God Oasis of Love. Maggie served as a faithful member for over 40 years and as an Assistant Pastor. She was truly a woman of God who loved the Lord with every bone in her body. Maggie was one of fifteen siblings. She received her education at Flagler Palm Coast High School and Daytona Beach Community College where she became a Certified EMT Specialist and Child Care Specialist. In 1990, Maggie became a Certified Nursing Assistant at Meadow Brook Manor where she worked as an C.N.A. for 15 years.

She leaves to mourn: two sons, Samuel Higgins, James Higgins; one daughter, Cleo Higgins; her fiance whom she loved dearly Michael Jones; three brothers, Johnny Emanuel, Freddie Emanuel, Eric Emanuel; two sisters, Dorothy Smith, Eliza Wynder; one aunt, Overseer Pastor Pauline Mitchell; 4 grandchildren, Natasia Jones, Angel Jones, Lorenzo Thornton, Harmony Mccaster; three Godchildren, Elishae Phillips, Camarae Hubbert, Taj Butler; host of relatives and friends whom will miss her dearly.

The Higgins Family will receive friends and the community from 6:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. Friday, July 10, 2020 at Coleman's Mortuary Family Chapel. The Homegoing Celebration will be 2:30p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020 at The Church on the Rock, Bunnell, FL. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Palm Coast, FL.

I would read you night time stories as we shared a room and bunk beds.you would fall asleep halfway through.the next morning we would laugh about it.
