Obituary For Barbara Battle

Barbara Battle "Boot", 54 of Lillington, NC passed on July 7, 2020 at the home. She leaves to cherish her memories her children: Jammie Stewart; James Batiste Jr.; Juan Batiste and Thomas TaylorJr.; grandchildren: Zariah Kenner, Ramir Stewart, Damien Batiste and Abigail Batiste; siblings: Walter Rogers and Diane Herndon; 3 nieces, 2 nephews and 1 great nephew Kairo.

Visitation: 3:00 -5:00 pm Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.

Graveside service will be held 12:00 pm Sunday, July 12, 2020 at UCC Church Cemetery in Holly Springs, NC 27540.

Please wear a MASK in order to attend the viewing at the funeral home and the graveside service.

Dearest Family, my deepest sympathies for all of you in this time of great loss. Boot was my sister in law, but more like my sister that I never had. She was the strongest woman I have ever met. Barb was such a sweet and encouraging soul. She would always check on my babies and make me laugh. I am grateful for the memories I have with her at FVHS. I am thankful God shared her sweet presence with me. She will be forever missed. Prayers for the family.
