Deepest Sympathy and Condolences To My Dearest Friend Greeting each and everyone, there are no words to express the feelings of emotion I'm enduring. However, there are words from God that speak life of encouragement: John 14:23 Earth has no sorrow Heaven can not heal. 2 Corinthians 5:8 we are confident in knowing to be about from the body is to be present with Lord. Alice Wilford was more than a friend to me, she was dependable, confiding, and strong-minded. Her heart was of silver and gold and her energy & presence could brighten any room she's entered, she was so loving. Alice was a beautiful soul who loved life, playing games all the time on her computer, cooking, baking, and calling me to talk. We could speak for 2 to 3 hours at times....Alice was such a phenomenal woman. She had no problem telling you what was on her mind She was a sister to me and I'm going to miss her dearly (I really am) a friendship we had for over 30 years Lord help me from these tears I can no longer hold back!! Tears of joy and sadness, but thru it, all the good times out weighed the bad. I recall memories and closeness where you'd talk, I listen and I'd talk and you'd listen, and then you'd cut me off at time. We could really talk and that's what brought us together as sisters though. I believe if Alice was with me today she would say " Dolly, hold your head up and don't forget to pray, I'm at peace now sis, and try to believe it was my time, but I have a personal view as I watch over all of you. Stop your crying and know that I'm in your memories and in your hearts. I have a new home now, so I am not alone and neither are you. Continue to trust God in everything you do and one day we will see each other again." Love always your best friend, Dolly

Alice was like a sister to me and an Auntie to my children. We even argued like sisters but also had so many good times. She really proved to me that she was my sister and not just my friend. I'm going to miss you so much Allie Cat as I used to call her. I'm going to miss you so much. Families are forever and you are my family. Love you my sister. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.
