My wife and I just moved to the neighborhood not long ago. I would always see Cory sitting outside in that chair of his. I would say "What's up man"? He would respond "What's up"? As I look at 817 from 822, I will always remember Cory sitting in that chair with the whole world in front of him. Rest In Peace, neighbor.
