OPELOUSAS –Mary Alice Brown was born on September 4, 1948 in Ville Platte, LA. and passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Tri Community Nursing Home in Palmetto, LA.

Ms. Brown’s memories are being cherished by: her son, Darrell Campbell (Sara) of Houston, TX; her sister, Annie Wise B. Fruge’ of Opelousas, LA; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Beatrice Prudhomme; brothers, Clayton Burleigh, Ramon Collins, and John L. Brown.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
