Mr. Farrar will be open for public viewing on Friday, July 17, 2020 from 9:00AM to 6:00PM at Woodard Funeral Home. Woodard Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.

To know you & love you was a honor & great privilege.Not only because you were my father's (Bishop Goins)"choir or deacon when he didn't have one" as you loved to say.you touched so many lives without even knowing.your one of my greatest inspiration.Very humble & dedicated to your church especially to your Bishop as you always called him. It's rare you saw one without the other. It's never a dull moment with you around.
