Graveside services for Mr. Blackwell will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Greenhill Missionary Baptist Church, Alcolu, SC. Rev. Delbert Singleton, Jr., Pastor, Rev. Otis Blackwell officiating.
