As one of the loud and proud Northside Boys of Pine Bluff, Paul knew the true meaning of family. Respect for God, respect for self, and respect for you and me. Humanity and uplifting are two of the many superlatives that describe my brother, as he truly cared for others and he could bring a smile to you no matter the depth of your mood. May The Lord and the support of your family and friends sustain you, Janice, Paul Jr., A'Leah, and Patrick, in this time of great sorrow. Dietrix Whatley, a Northside Boy.

My sincere condolences to the family of Paul Williams. It was my distinct pleasure to be his Realtor on the home purchase many years ago at Regency Park. It was extremely important to have the house perfect before the surprise reveal to his family. Many fun times from choosing the lot to the chandeliers, paint colors, fixtures, etc. His laughter and entrepreneurship advice to many will forever be a lasting memory. Cynthia Amiger

Paul G. Williams. He was our P-Man. Our friend, but most of all our brother. My husband, Mickey was one of his best friends from childhood to adulthood and I grew up with the younger siblings. We've shared many of life's journeys with Paul from birth to death, vacations and celebrations. He made it his priority to be with us for every monumental moment and he made sure people knew that we were indeed family. He loved his family deeply..especially his baby girl. We used to laugh about who loved their daughter more...he or Mickey. How do you say goodbye to someone who meant so much to you? You don't. The memories allow him to live in our hearts forever. Rest well P-Man. You will always be a member of the DeBose/Vaughn/Long families. We pray for God's mercy and strength for Janice, Paul, Jr., Patrick and Aleah...Love, The DeBose Family - "Uncle" Mickey, "Auntie" Deirdre, Corey, Kennedy, and Miguel

When I first met Paul through his sister, Gay, I told him that we were moving to Georgia and were considering to move an hour or more from Atlanta. He told me to have my husband call him to advise us not to move so far because nobody would come to visit us! My husband, a UAPB alumnus, took Paul's advice, and we bought a home in Atlanta. Thank you, Paul. We'll miss his smile and kindness to us. We are praying that God gives your family peace and comfort during the difficult days ahead. Victor and Nancye Brazil
