Obituary For Shari Norton

A Celebration of Life for Ms. Shari Norton will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue Tampa, Florida 33605 with Elder Frank Gray, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.

On the morning of Thursday, July 16 2020, God called Shari Tennille Norton home to be with her Heavenly Father.

Shari Tennille Nicole Norton was born on October 30, 1980, in Tampa, Florida and the first born child to the parents of Sandria Mosley and Dennis Norton.

During her childhood years she was a happy daddy’s girl who loved to play musical instruments by ear along with many talents learned from her mother such as singing with a soulful heart and crafting. Shari attended Woodside High School in Newport News, Virginia and later obtained her general education degree. She also attended Medical School to become a Nurse. Shari was a very private individual, yet she managed to touch a number of lives and uplift her peers near and far through different social avenues by discussing her difficult health journey. She always tried to (as we say) tell it how it is and never sugar coat a thing.

Shari was Self-Employed as Creative Dreams, LLC as a makeup and jewelry consultant. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend to all of those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Mother Rosa Lee Norton, Daniel (J.D.) Norton, and Virginia Lee Williams.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her children: De’Ondre Norton, Genesis Norton and Faith Norton; parents, Sandria Mosley and Dennis Norton; sisters, Sandria Norton (Tia), Mesha Berry (Moo-Shu), Dy’Lishia Norton (Twinkie); Nieces, Kehaulani Holden (Carolina), Royalty Smith (Rollie); aunts and uncles, Cordelia Bryant, Lavanda Williams, Diane Williams, Charlene Christian, Michael Mosley, Reggie Mosley , the late Gail Blue, Lisa Goldsmith, Theresa Goldsmith, Michelle Williams, Daniel Norton (Barbara), Arthur Norton, Curtis Norton, Forna Littles (James), Veronica Norton, Gregory Norton, Tarshish Norton.

Shari also leaves to cherish found memories a host of cousins and other family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22, 2020 from 6-8 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Services. All in attendance are REQUIRED to wear a facial mask covering. CDC Guidelines will be in effect.

All Family members and Friends are asked to assemble on Thursday at 10:45 AM prior to service.
