Funeral services for Mrs. Rebecca Stinnett, age 77 of Arlene Street, Toccoa, GA will be held on Monday, July 27, 2020 at Toccoa City Cemetery with Rev. Melvin Tukes, officiating. Public viewing will be Sunday, July 26, 2020 from 2-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
