Obituary For Annie Ruth Seay

Minister Annie R. Seay age 68 passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Summit Medical Center.

Survivors include, children, Terry (Janie) Crutchfield and Michael Xavier Seay. Step-children, Betty Crutchfield and Ralph Crutchfield, Jr. Many other relatives and friends.

Public Viewing, Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 3-6:00pm at JC Hellum Funeral Chapel.

Family Visitation, Sunday from 12-1:00pm with funeral to follow at the above named chapel.

Please wear your masks as you enter the building and continue to practice social distancing.

Annie Ruth, When your cousin contacted me and said you were gone, I felt a great deal of history went with you, I'm sad, it has been a great many years since I laid eyes on you, I was but a child myself, and you a young teenager. I have fond memories of you , your mother( Mrs. Gracie,Your sister Patricia), and countless other who have been lost over the years. Sleep on, Annie Ruth I will never forget you.
