Beverly, Kim and I are deeply saddened to hear of Terry's passing. During my time at Maola and while coaching Keyshawn he was definitely one of my closest friends. I tried to call him several months back but was unable to contact him, not following up will always be a regret of mine. I can tell you during our daily phone calls while at work that there was never any doubt that his family was his most important priority. I'm better for having known him and will treasure his friendship forever. Robert & Kim Lewis

To the Sheppard family I'm so sorry to hear of the lost of Terry. He was like a big brother to me. When he would make his delivery at the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune. He would always stop by to check on me. Terry was a gentle gaint to me and will be greatly missed. Sleep on gentle gaint. My condolences to all of the family. Sign Mildred Herman

Kathy and I were shocked and heartbroken at the news of Terry's passing. Our fondest memories were to sit on our front porch drinking beer and discussing life and how the Marine Corps shaped our lives and retirement. Whether it was Bev and Terry stopping by to ask Kathy for help planning vacations, or Terry coming through our side door and in his booming voice call out for us with a question, they were always welcome. Terry was the salt of the earth and very focused on what he wanted in life. He completed his earthly mission and is with our Lord and savior for eternity. We will miss you greatly and Bev, we're here for you.
