Franklin Randolph Scarlett, 62, departed this life on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.

Graveside service will be held at Markham Memorial Gardens, on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 11:00 am.

Masks are to be worn at all services and social distancing recommended.
