Obituary For Henry Clay Worley

Henry Clay Worley, 81, of Richmond, was born April 19,1939 and fell asleep in death on July29, 2020. He was the son of Henry and Vanzelee Worley. He was born in Calhoun County (Orangeburg), South Carolina. Henry completed school in South Carolina but completed his education at the First Bliss Education Center. He entered the military as a young man. Master Sergeant Worley retired from the United States Army after more than 27 years service. He received numerous awards to include the General’s Best Mess Award. He received a Purple Heart for his Vietnam service. After his military retirement Henry worked for The Petersburg Sheriff’s Department. Henry enjoyed music, car shows and working on his car collection. To cherish his memories, he leaves behind a host of family and friends. No service at this time. Arrangements by Scott’s Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd.
