Obituary For Ezeal Hunter

Mrs. Ezeal Elizabeth Hunter, 80 of Wadley, GA, departed this life, Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the Emanuel County Hospital. Graveside Services will be held Friday, July 31, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Jones Chapel Cemetery, Bartow, GA. with mask and social distancing. Viewing will be held Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 3:00 – 6:00 P.M. at Davis Funeral Home. Mrs. Hunter was a native of Washington County, Georgia, born September 28, 1939, to the parentage of the late Wiley Hunter and Cora Gibbs Hunter. She was a member of Peaceful Zion since an early age. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Titus Martin and Tony Martin; siblings, Thelma Ball Martin, Lula Hunter Thomas, and Robert Hunter. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Hoyt Hollins, Sr.; children, Freddie (Lyndia) Martin, Jr., Wadley, GA, Arthur Lee (Leona) Martin, Augusta, GA, Ronnie (Janice) Martin, Milledgeville, GA, Hoyt (Carolyn) Hollins, Jr., Wrens, GA, Gussie (Cleveland Johnson) Martin, Louisville, GA, Gwendolyn (Kenneth Heath, Sr.) Martin, Torri (Carlo) Thompson, Richmond, VA., Loretta (Patron Hickson) Hollins, Wadley, GA., Nadia (Qwantavious) Martin-Curry; a grandson she reared as her own, Hoyt (Dinedra) Hollins, III; sisters, Rosemary Springer, Lula Smith, and Martha Mosley, all of Stuart, FL; 33 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Davis Funeral Home, 725 Beech Street is in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Ezeal Hunter.

When I was working home health, I would love to come to Ms. Hunter's home. She always made you feel loved and welcomed. I would always tease her husband about how white he kept that coverall he wore. She was a lovely lady. May God bless her entire family.
