Obituary For Cora Bell Wade

Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., Mt. Wade M.B. Church, Dry Grove Road, Terry, MS 39170.

Cora Bell Wade was born January 22, 1935, to the late Jessie Johnson and Leaguess Crump Johnson in Hinds County, MS. She departed this life on July 30, 2020, at Pleasant Hills Community Living Center in Jackson, MS. She united with Mt. Wade M.B. Church in Terry, MS at an early age. She leaves to cherish her memory eight children: Clinton (Rosie) Wade, Willie (Earline) Wade, Vicky (Luther) Buckner, Annette Holly (Larry), Preston Wade all of Terry, MS; Robert Wade and Shelia (Steve) Terry of Jackson, MS; and Tyrone (Zondra) Wade of Byram, MS; one sibling: Ora Mae (EV) Harrison of Chicago, IL. She is preceded in death by one son, Edward Lee Wade, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Lucille Wade; a grandson, Curtis Frank Holly, Jr.; and two brothers, Clauzell and Charlie Johnson, Sr. She also leaves a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
