Mrs. Frances Patton Roseborough, 90, of 1845 Roseborough Road Rock Hill, South Carolina, departed this life on July 30, 2020 at Rock Hill Post Acute Care Center in Rock Hill , South Carolina. She was born on May 26, 1930 in York County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the Late Mary Miller Patton and Tillman Patton. She attended the public schools of York County and was a domestic worker for most of her years. She was a member of Foundation AME Zion Church where she served as a Deaconess, Musical Choir member, Hymn Choir Member, Usher Board, Missionary Society Life Member, and Kitchen Aid for Vacation Bible School. Ms. Roseborough was preceded in her death by her husband Robert “Doc” William Roseborough; daughter, Armeisha Patton; Sisters, Lucille Burson and Mary Ann Patton; Brothers, Hampton Patton and Lewis T. Patton; Granddaughter, Melisa A. Bowman. She leaves to cherish her memories: Sons, Leon Roseborough (Mary) and Jerome Roseborough of Rock Hill, SC; Daughter, Lula Mae Hill of Catskill, NY; Granddaughters, Alfreda J. Roseborough and Erica L. Roseborough of Rock Hill, SC; Grandson Joey Hill of Catskill, NY; Great-grandchildren, Alexis Howze, Leona Franklin, Donovan Franklin all of Rock Hill, SC, Adriana Bowman of Pittsburg, PA, Justin Hill, Josiah Hill, and Tierra Hill of Catskill, NY, Nia Bowman and Alysa Bowman of Lexington, SC; Sistersin-laws Faye Roseborough and Maggie Roseborough of Rock Hill, SC, Ruthie Roseborough of Queens, NY, and Rosetta Patton of NY, and a host of loved nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
