Wallace C. "Wally" Small of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at M. S. Hershey Medical Center. He was born in Philadelphia, son of Richard Small, Jr. and Adelaide Dykes-Small and a 2008 graduate of Central Dauphin East High School.

In addition to his parents, Wally leaves to celebrate his life, his son, Major Small; his daughter, Zuri Monea McGraw; his seven sisters; his eight brothers; his extended family, Pastor Ruth A. Smith and family and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Wally's life will be celebrated on Monday, August 3 at 12 Noon in the Chapel of Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with viewing 10:00 a.m. until Noon and burial in Paxtang Cemetery.

Covid 19 guidelines will be observed with masks and six foot social distancing for all attendees.
