Obituary For Earl Harvey Pressley

Earl Harvey Pressley, 84, died August 3, 2020. He was born November 4, 1935 in Donald, South Carolina to Willie and Annie B. Pressley, Sr. Earl was the third oldest of eight children. He was predeceased by his daughter, Glendora Tolliver. Surviving are one son, Nathaniel Tolliver and daughter, Martinella Tolliver; sister, Addie Pressley; seven grandchildren, Alanzo, Danyell, Alicia, Jumika, Nateisha, Keyonda and Jayquan; 26 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Most of all, Earl loved to play horseshoes and dominoes. He always was fulfilled with laughter and jokes. He worked for the Railroad and was in the U. S. as a Navy Seal from August 1954 to July 1960. But of all things, he was a joy to be around all of the times. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be Tuesday, August 11, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Interment will be private.
