Turman, Mr. Charlie, A resident of Prattville, AL departed this life on Sunday, August 2, 2020.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 1:00PM from Phillips-Riley Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Turman will lie in repose on Friday, August 7, 2020 from 1-6PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.

CDC recommends that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.

Charlie was a fantastic member of the team at Lansing Parks and Recreation and served the community for years at Frances Park and other locations. He will truly be missed, we were glad to be able to celebrate his retirement last year. We have lost a humble giant who was a great asset to the City of Lansing and its residents
