A Summary of Life

January 22, 1965 - July 28, 2020

Ellis Eugene Hatcher, was born January 22, 1965 to the parents of the late Sergeant First Class (SFC) Frank D. Hatcher Sr. (preceding him in death) and Elvenia Stokes Hatcher in Quitman, Georgia. Ellis is the baby of four children that graced this beautiful union. Frank D. Hatcher Jr., Elise L. Hatcher-Jackson, and Teresa L. Hatcher-Frazier (preceding him in death). At a very young age, the family moved to Miami, Florida where he attended the Miami Dade County Schools System.

Ellis serviced the community at St. Mathew’s Freewill Baptist Church where he distributed food to the community. In 1985, he was blessed with a son Antwan Hatcher.

Ellis was an entrepreneur, where he loved to install sound systems in cars. He also was a DJ and was very handy with his hands with fixing things around the house.

On July 28, 2020 at 1:42 a.m., Ellis quietly exchanged time here on earth for his new eternal resting place.
