Atherton Family, We hadn't heard from John for a few years and just heard about his passing and were deeply saddened. We met John in Waxahachie, Texas where he lived a couple of blocks from us. We had him over many Friday evenings for a steak meal and he loved my homemade bread. When he moved to Hollywood, SC my husband drove him over in the rental truck. We sure enjoyed knowing him and he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Jim and Sharon Sandahl Mount Ida, AR
