Mr. Richard Lee O'Neal, Jr., 55, of Durham, North Carolina passed August 6, 2020 at Duke University Hospital.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 15, 2020, 11:00 am in the chapel of American Cremation & Funeral Service.
