Obituary For Mr. Thomas E. Clifton

In profound sorrow we announce the passing of Mr. Thomas E. Clifton on August 9, 2020. Celebration of Life will be held on Monday August 17, 2020 12:00 noon at Grissom-Clark Eastlake Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday Aug 16, 2020 12 noon-4:00pm Grissom-Clark Funeral Home.

Mr. Thomas Edward Clifton was born to the late Mr. & Mrs. Thomas and Hiawatha Clifton Sr. on March 27th, 1953 at a young age. He joined Paradise Reed Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. C. N. Ellis. Thomas joined the military and served in the Army receiving an Honorable Discharge. He became a Mason and a Shriner . His love for motorcycles led him to be one of the original members of the Atlanta Striker Motorcycle Club. He was a very dedicated and well-loved member and was known as P-Nut on the biker set. He was respected throughout the entire motorcycle community in their many trips and travels over the 42 years he held membership. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife Cheryl, who was joined in matrimony with him on June 10th, 1995; sons, Walter, Thomas, and Xavier; daughters, Tabatha and Jataqua; one and only sister Elaine; brothers, Michael (Deborah), Phillip (Norma), Robert and David; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four brother-in-laws, Charles(Elizabeth), Ronald, Larry(Barbara), Reginald(Terri) and a host of aunts & uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
