She also leaves to mourn a host of cousins who are more like siblings: Quintella, Lil Mann, Lil Rodney, Neesha, Nina and Sam. Also, many friends.

Kim died suddenly in her sleep on August 2, 2020. She was the first-born child of Hubert and Arlene Stokes. Kim lived in Kennesaw, GA. She was in the first graduating class of 2000 at Marietta High School. She was our social butterfly and never met a stranger. She just had a way with people and would become fast friends with just about anyone. It gave her joy to care for the elderly and any child in her presence fell in love with her. She often volunteered at Lewis Elementary and Allatoona High School where her children attend school. She was “TT” to many. She loved her family, cooking, and spending time with her beautiful children and only nephew whom she helped raise, Sedric. She also enjoyed vacationing, and just laughing and having fun as she was always the life of the party. She especially loved visiting her favorite aunt, June, laughing with and teasing her favorite uncle Babra, and special friend Durvis. Kim was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter, and TT to her one and only Seddy. She did not play about her sisters. Kim was a Certified Medical Assistant and recently starting working as a manager at Advance Auto Parts where she was set to quickly climb the ladder to upper management giving her previous years of successfully managing the commercial department of Autozone of Acworth, GA. She was a beautiful soul who will be missed by many and forever in our hearts. Rest on Kim.
